Shipping policy

Large volume wholesale orders are shipping to the United States. Please email cheers@sopglass.com.

Sometimes unavoidable factors can delay a parcel that are both human and nature related. Your patience is greatly appreciated if this occurs, and you should feel confident knowing we will do our best to resolve any issues. Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress. We are a very small company and sometimes it can take a day or two to package and ship your order so please be patient with us! We do everything by hand to get your order to you in the best condition.

All orders are sent in protected boxes and should not have shipping damage. However, if there are issues, please reach out and we will make it right.
