If your glasses arrive broken just reach out and we will replace them for free. 

Returns

We think you’ll love your new glasses but if for any reason you don’t you may return them to us. We have a 30-day money-back return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please try to utilize the original packaging for a return as it will make sure the glasses get to us without any damage.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return shipping is free.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will make sure you receive undamaged products.

Handmade Glassware Quality Standards
Our glassware is made to the highest quality standard possible and each glass has very tight production standards and quality control specifications and checksBut being handmade, our glassware can be prone to slight deviations in weight and dimensions as well as naturally occurring small bubbles that can sometimes be trapped in the crystal. We are not responsible, nor can we resolve any claims for any normal deviations from stated specifications as these are expected as natural variations of a handmade, quality product. If the glasses you receive have any extreme variations, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue and exchange them if necessary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the there are any issues. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
