FAQ
What types of glassware do you offer?
We provide a curated selection of high-quality glassware, including our signature Gusto Glass, which is specifically designed to enhance the tasting experience by focusing aromas and allowing wines to evolve beautifully. Our products are crafted with exceptional attention to detail and durability.
Why do I need glassware such as this?
Our glassware elevates the drinking experience considerably. One general reason aside from all the others listed here and on our product page is that thin, hand-blown crystal glass brings the liquid and aromas more directly to the palate, thus improving the drinking experience. To further demonstrate this, hand-blown glasses consistently win in blind tastings. We believe this justifies extending the same high standards we have for our wines to the glasses we use.
Can I send as a gift?
Yes, of course. We will not show any pricing information at your request. Just reply to your order confirmation and let us know.
What kind of packaging do you use?
All our packaging is designed and produced locally by a multi-generational, family-owned packaging and paper company within 40 miles of us! We are intentional in our packaging design to minimize environmental impact and keep your glassware safe during transit. There are no plastics or other materials used in our shipping and packaging designs.
How can I ensure the longevity of my glassware?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your glassware, it is recommended to use a dishwasher with mild detergent and avoid abrasive materials. Additionally, storing glassware in a safe, dry place will help prevent accidental damage.

What is the best way to wash our glassware?
We highly recommend using a dishwasher with a crystal setting and gentle detergent. When using with white wine, using no detergent is often fine! If this isn't possible with your dishwasher, we recommend using a delicate or colder water setting and utilizing stemware holders or spacing out the glasses. Make sure the stem and base do not come into contact with the dishwashing arms. Our favorite brand of dishwasher for crystal cleaning is Miele along with their Eco tabs broken in quarters or half for each load.
You can also handwash if you'd like, a bit of soap and swirling around following by rinsing or utilizing a baby bottle brush with some gentle soap do wonders when a deeper clean is necessary, just don't twist the base and bowl in opposite directions. Hold at the base of the bowl when cleaning bowl, and base (foot) of stemware when cleaning the foot and stem.
